

Our Behavior Technicians work with children and young adults with autism, or other developmental delays. We strive to create a supportive and positive environment while helping the client meet their goals that will better their quality of life. We use research-based interventions to help change and better lives.
What we expect from our Behavior Technician:
High school diploma
Valid driver's license
Experience working with children or people with disabilities (preferred but not required)
Fun and energetic personality
Ability to work well with a team and independently
Patience and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow client specific goals
Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Implement instructional programming to help with language, behavior, adaptive skills, social skills, and executive functioning skills.
Collect data on client's progress, goals, and behaviors.
